Dallas Needs Help (not the city)

Dallas, called me to lend a hand on a model shoot he was doing. As luck would have it, we were having a lazy family weekend and I was snuggled with the family watching the Cake Boss Marathon.

For this shoot, I was not the photographer as much as I was his VAL (voice activated light stand). That was OK, I grabbed a few frames and he got what he needed before we grabbed a beer.

It’s amazing how in Arizona you can shoot at sunset pretty much anywhere, and no one will bug you. The heat keeps the freaks away.

This entire shoot was done, down and dirty on the streets and in an alley. We were firing 3 SB800′s with a cut of CTO.
